This lower mobility workout is a great way to temporarily increase range of motion, improve circulation, and decrease tension in the surrounding areas. These Lower Body Focused Mobility exercises can be done before or after your workout to help decrease tension in our lower body, helping to decrease compression forces in our hips, knees, and/ or ankles.
