Give yourself 10 minutes of movement to “start your engine” - enough time for your mind to connect to your body and start to feel the energy and mood boosting benefits of getting STOKED. Each day of this challenge offers just that - 10 minutes of vitalizing, motivating movement that will inspire you to stack on another workout (or more) or to just get a bit of movement in when you can't commit to more than 10.
