21 Day Stoked Arms & Abs Challenge - This 21 Day Arms & Abs Challenge is curated to challenge and build both the strength and endurance of your upper body and abs (core). As far as the upper bodywork, you’ll find some days are more serious strength-focused, others are geared towards toning and endurance work. Because your abs (core) are endurance muscles, you’ll find each day includes some form of ab work, but of course properly programmed with certain days focusing more on time under tension work, other days more transverse abdominis strength and stability focus.
You’re ARMed with the ammunition, now it’s up to you to deploy it - push play every day! Get Stoked to embrace the challenging work that builds character..and triceps😜.
All workouts listed in the dropdown menu for each day are to be done in order, on that day. However take note; days 6, 11, and 18 offer three options:
Stoked Recess (a rest day with movement “play”) OR a mobility/activation option, OR mobility/activation and ab work. Every BODY is different. Listen to YOUR body and choose what feels best on that day.
Jump & Band Burn 2.0 (Cardio + Endurance Strength)
Grab your jump rope and Stoked Bands and get ready to get sweaty and feel that awesome strength building band burn.
This workout is the perfect blend of cardio intervals and full body band strength circuits leaving you highly endorphinated and stoked strong from head to toe!
Push-up Ladder (bodyweight strength) - a descending ladder of push-ups and forearm planks. Sounds simple but remember - you are still contracting many of the same muscles when you plank as you use when performing push-ups so this takes on bit of a superset style ladder.
Get ready to feel the burn! Challenge your upper body with this non-stop endurance strength toning workout using light weights and your Stoked Band. Expect a strong focus on the shoulders and arms (triceps/biceps).
