Tension in our mid and upper back can affect our shoulders, neck, and also our lower back. These Upper Body Mobility exercises can be done throughout the day while you're working, before or after your workout in order to temporarily increase range of motion, improve circulation, and decrease tension in the surrounding areas, making you feel more open.
