April’s Stoked Stack Attack is the Stoked Style version of spring cleaning. We are not getting rid of the “old” but rather re-visiting some of the OG KSFITAPP content that is, and will ALWAYS be, as good as the new - remember…stellar, gimmick-free, science-backed programming never goes out of style. You’ll find stacks that mix OG workouts with newer offerings and a few you’ve maybe forgotten about. Spring renewal is also a prompt for you to take a moment before each workout (or circuit within a workout) and ask yourself “could I challenge myself a bit more?” - increase the weight your using, reach for a more challenging band, keep the flow going versus pausing when things get a little
uncomfortable. Use this month to spring clean your fitness routine, Stoked Style🌸💪🏼!
