The Stoked Rope, Stoked Step, and Stoked Sandbell are super versatile tools that may also spark nostalgia - reminding you of playful moments in your past when you didn’t even realize you were working out - jumping rope on a playground, slamming/tossing a playground ball, stepping it up in the 90’s. Revisiting those times mentally (and perhaps taking your KSFITAPP workouts outside🌸) can help STOKE THE FIRE WITHIN… It’s time to PLAY⚡️!
