Sprinkle in some “Gary” and you’ll be smiling from ear to ear while sweating it out. The Stoked Rope, Stoked Step, and Stoked Sandbell are super versatile tools that may also spark nostalgia - reminding you of playful moments in your past when you didn’t even realize you were working out - jumping rope on a playground, slamming/tossing a playground ball, stepping it up in the 90’s. Revisiting those times mentally (and perhaps taking your KSFITAPP workouts outside🌸) can help STOKE THE FIRE WITHIN… It’s time to PLAY⚡️!
