June marks halfway through the year (crazy right?!) and is a great month to check in with your progress as you get set to dive deep into summer fun. Challenge yourself by increasing your weight choice, aim to take fewer breaks, stay consistent with your goal of pushing play, in some way, day after day. Beyond this 7 day stack attack, the app offers countless programs to help keep you on track no matter where this summer takes you - remember, programs and challenges are not one and done - they are meant to be crushed over and over (which also happens to be a great way to monitor your gains).
