It’s time to refocus, re-center, and re-ignite your strength. After a summer full of travel, lighter stacks, and portable tools, this 7-day strength-focused reset is your call to dial it back in and commit to the long game.
You’ll cycle through highly targeted stoked stacks that hone in muscle group-specific strength splits four days of the program, with one full-body strength day and two days of core/mobility work. You are encouraged to choose heavy (for you) weight during the anchor strength workouts, while then embracing the Stoked Method magic of stacking on fine-tuning finishers using lighter weights/bands to create the ultimate muscular strength AND muscular endurance experience. Gains upon gains, challenging your body with purpose, to build strength, sculpt definition, and reestablish consistency.
