As with all the challenges offered on the KSFITAPP, each days work can be done as a stand alone #stokedstack for the day or combined with other offerings as a more lengthy core-focused activation or finisher option. Reminder — your core isn’t just about working your abs, but CONNECTING your glutes, abs, low back, lats (pretty much everything but your arms/legs) so you can move better, stabilize properly and basically function at YOUR strongest capacity.

    Episode 1

    Grab your Stoked Ball and get ready to focus, dig deep and connect to your core (abs/glutes) with all-important isometric holds, time under tension abdominal work and of course a little love for your glutes in the form of bridges. Get STOKED to CONNECT & CRUSH!

  • Ab Ladder 2 *Oblique Focused* (Bodyweight Strength)

    Episode 2

    A descending ladder of bicycle crunches and cross body mountain climbers. Both moves challenge your abs in different ways (time under tension and dynamic ab work) for another superset style ladder

  • Band Glutes *outer thigh/glutes medius focus* (Endurance Strength)

    Episode 3

    Grab your Super Stoked band and get ready to embrace the burn as you focus on the outer thighs and your glutes (glute med) in side-lying clamshell position.
