You can progress through the existing Stoked in 7 programs (1.0, 2.0, & 3.0) or simply start with the Stoked in 7 - 4.0 program based on your fitness level and desired goals.

  • Upper Body/Core 3.0

    Episode 1

    Grab your Stoked Bands and medium/heavy dumbbells and get ready to attack your back, chest, arms and shoulders with this strictly strength focused workout packed with Stoked Supersets.

  • Triceps Sizzler (Endurance Strength)

    Episode 2

    Get ready to feel the burn in 5 short minutes with this fine tuning triceps ladder. The perfect workout to fire up or finish off the muscle group that is majorly responsible for giving your arms shape.

  • Triceps Ladder (Bodyweight Strength)

    Episode 3

    A descending ladder of triceps dips and extended arm plank/knee taps. Your triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arm so it’s important to give them targeted attention. Remember, you’re still working your shoulders and triceps when in a plank so again, this is a superset style ladder.

  • Ab Blast 5 (Endurance Strength)
