How can I structure my workouts on the app? The individual workouts are designed to be tapas-style — mix and match workouts to create the perfect #stokedstack to suit your lifestyle and needs. Whether you have 10 minutes or 90+ minutes, you have all the tools you need on the KSF app. The programs and challenges are designed to be done day by day — the workouts listed each day are to be done in order as a Stoked Stack on that day.
