  • Jump & Burn 2.0 (Cardio)

    Episode 1

    Jump your way to a lean physique with this high intensity cardio workout which includes intervals of jumping rope and calisthenics guaranteed to leave you STOKED and fully endorphinated.

  • Band Glutes *outer thigh/glutes medius focus* (Endurance Strength)

    Episode 2

    Grab your Super Stoked band and get ready to embrace the burn as you focus on the outer thighs and your glutes (glute med) in side-lying clamshell position.
