The GYM TIME category on the KSFITAPP offers body part-specific or full-body circuits that you can mix and match to create your perfect workout using more extensive equipment found either in a gym or home gym.
Kira has uniquely curated each circuit around one or two pieces of equipment so you never have to leave a dedicated space while crushing a circuit (in other words, no worries about losing your equipment to others or having to run around the gym to complete a circuit). In true #stokedstyle, each circuit keeps you working and fully engaged with 3-5 exercises to be completed continuously, 3 times through each circuit.
In each video, Kira will take you through the equipment necessary, set-up, and specific form cues, then guide you through the circuit once. You then have all the knowledge and confidence you need to perform the circuit either on your own two more times OR you can rewind the video and do it again with her. The focus, equipment, exercises, and rep schemes that comprise a circuit are listed on the app in the circuit descriptor.
Gym Time is a BONUS offering to the KSFITAPP. If you do not have the equipment necessary to perform the circuits offered in this section of the app…CARRY ON STOKED ATHLETES!
There are countless ways you can incorporate GYM TIME circuits into your regime. Combine 2-3 circuits for a more complete, body part specific workout AND/OR incorporate circuits from different "buckets" to create your own Gym Time Stoked Stack. You can even add a circuit (or multiple circuits) to Stoked In Studio workouts.
Remember - weight choice is personal. Every BODY is different. Your last 2-3 reps, should be a challenge to complete. You are crushing three sets of every circuit which means you can make adjustments to the weight choice for each set.
