21 Day Stoked Arms & Abs Challenge - This 21 Day Arms & Abs Challenge is curated to challenge and build both the strength and endurance of your upper body and abs (core). As far as the upper bodywork, you’ll find some days are more serious strength-focused, others are geared towards toning and endurance work. Because your abs (core) are endurance muscles, you’ll find each day includes some form of ab work, but of course properly programmed with certain days focusing more on time under tension work, other days more transverse abdominis strength and stability focus.

You’re ARMed with the ammunition, now it’s up to you to deploy it - push play every day! Get Stoked to embrace the challenging work that builds character..and triceps😜.
All workouts listed in the dropdown menu for each day are to be done in order, on that day. However take note; days 6, 11, and 18 offer three options:
Stoked Recess (a rest day with movement “play”) OR a mobility/activation option, OR mobility/activation and ab work. Every BODY is different. Listen to YOUR body and choose what feels best on that day.

  • Curbside Core Awakening

    Episode 1

    A quick bodyweight snack to activate your core and wake up your upper body. This is a great circuit to use as a warm-up or when you’re hungry for some low impact movement.

  • Ab Blast 7 *Oblique Focused/Stoked Ball* (Endurance Strength)

    Episode 2

    Grab your Stoked Ball and get ready for an intense time under tension oblique focused ab workout that will leave your core fully STOKED and feeling the sizzle!

  • Ab Ladder 2 *Oblique Focused* (Bodyweight Strength)

    Episode 3

    A descending ladder of bicycle crunches and cross body mountain climbers. Both moves challenge your abs in different ways (time under tension and dynamic ab work) for another superset style ladder
